So, there seems to be some speculation as to whether Katy Perry Went commando with this stoopid ass dress she wore the other day.  Now, The first two pics definitely look like her vagay jay is playing peek-a-boo, but the third pic clearly shows hideous underwear to match the hideous dress.  There.  Subject cleared.
